SHE – EPISODE 68

I removed my dress and searched for my towel in my bag.

After about an extra 10 minutes, Blessing came out from the bathroom and I entered immediately because I was feeling sticky.

As I was in the bathroom and reflected on the whole happenings of the night.

“Hmm…I have not called my mom to gist her o. But she should be sleeping by this time, I will call her tomorrow.”

“God! I love this family please complete what you have started.”

“I love Nelson  and I love the way he loves and protects my feelings.”

“Just imagine that the idiot (Felix) that caused me all these pain has not even called.”

“Felix! God will punish you for everything you have done to me.”

“I can vividly remember his case with that girl that works in his father’s hotel, little did I know that my own heartbreak was around the corner.”

“Hmm! truly, every disappointment is a blessing in disguise.”

Those were my thoughts as Blessing screamed my name.

“Madam Sophie come out o, this night we must gist o.”

I laughed aloud as Blessing joined me.

“I am not gisting you anything o, leave it until tomorrow,” I screamed from the bathroom.

“You lie!” Blessing shouted.

I quickly came out of the bathroom with my towel wrapped around my body.

“You will not stop shouting Blessing, don’t you know it’s late?” I said.

“All these ones won’t stop tonight amebo o,” Blessing cut in.

I giggled as I wore my nightie.

“Okay, I promise not to ask too many questions,” Blessing chimed in.

I smiled at her curiosity as I joined her bed.

“Thank God you don finally join me for bed, oya, turn around,” Blessing insisted as she turned my face to her direction.

“Bee’ you too like amebo,” I said to her.

“I know, and I accept, but can I start rolling out my questions?” Blessing asked.

“Haa! So its even questions?” I tiredly replied.

“You no well…Abeg (please), no give me that tired look o,” Blessing playfully warned me with her finger pointing at me.

We both laughed at her curiosity.

“Oya, start the questions so that I can sleep,” I beckoned on Blessing.

“Okay, first question…Did you two do it?” she asked.

“Do what?” I asked.

“IT?” Blessing replied.

“I’m lost biko (please), which one is IT?” I replied as I feigned ignorance of her slang language.

“Okay, did you two make love?” Blessing boldly asked.

“That’s our private lives,” I replied with a tone of sarcasm as I attempted turning in the opposite direction with my pillow.

Blessing held me and forced out the laughter that I was trying hard to hold.

We both laughed aloud for a few seconds.

And I knew that Blessing won’t let me sleep if she didn’t get her answer.

“Okay, we made love like twice and that was my best,” I replied.

“Aww! That sounds lovely. I’m so happy for you two. I pray you two make each other happy forever,” Blessing said with smiles.

“Thanks, babe, you made all these possible,” I said in appreciation to Blessing.

“It’s okay, come here,” Blessing hugged me as tears dropped to my cheek.

After a few seconds, the tears began to flow more as we disengaged from the hug.

“It’s okay, you deserve the very best Sophie,” Blessing said as she used her hands to clean my tears.

“Thank you,” I said in an undertone.

“You are welcome,” Blessing replied.

“It’s past bedtime, we will gist more tomorrow…goodnight,” Blessing said as she repositioned her pillow and I did the same, and we both slept off***
